"Mel and I have had complex cases against each other in the past (medical malpractice; catastrophic injury/death matter) so I was already aware of his expertise and high credentials as a litigator. What I did not know until our mediation, was that Mel was such a terrific mediator. Although we hit Mel with a complicated securities case with differing levels of twists and turns, he immediately
grasped the issues and focused in on key nuances that
ultimately resulted in a favorable settlement. Mel and his staff
were at all times attentive, involved, and engaging. Certainly
I will be using his services again in the future."

Doug Williams, Esq.
